What Causes Coughing With Green Mucus And Chest Tightness?
Question: Hello! I have a deep cough accompanied by a tight chest feeling. Have coughed up green mucous. Runny nose.

So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotic, inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
