I need to discuss my chest left side above rib cage i felt a crack. I was streching to lock a gate

Hi XXXX

I do not find anything worrisome in here. You have been stretching to lock a gate, therefore, the chest muscles have been stretched too. As some muscles are attached to ribs, the over-stretching might have caused the crack.

If you do not have any unbearable pain or anything unusual, then, nothing worrisome. Observe for swelling or redness above rib cage.

Take OTC pain-killers.
