Question: My penis forehead skin is regularly getting cracks and some white fluid is accumulated inside the skin

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have cracking of foreskin with whitish discharge.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2) Are you able to retract foreskin completely?

Cracking of the skin with white discharge is commonly seen in patients with diabetes and is due to Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.

Please get your blood sugar levels tests done to rule out diabetes and
Swab test of the discharge done to confirm the diagnosis .

Take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily along with topical anti fungal jelly for local application .

If problem persists even after taking medication you may need to get circumcised.
