Question: Hello Doctor, I am XXXXXXX 31M , on exterior skin of my penis effected with small crack(like pinch) ..due to that it was very difficult to come out internal penis from external skin....too hard...please tell me what to do

With the given description it may be due to dryness of skin.If there is difficulty in retracting the foreskin of penis, then it may due to phimosis or paraphimosis(may be due to fungal infection).

If it is so, minor surgical procedure like circumcison may be required.
Clean the area with warm water twice daily.Wear loose cotton innerwears.Avoid friction & irritation.
