Hello XXXXXXX
Well, let's see if we can figure this out. Conception usually happens within 1-2 days of ovulation, and then implantation happens around a week after that (approximately). So, figuring out when you last ovulated will help.
In a 28 day cycle, where the first day of the menstrual period is day 1, ovulation happens roughly around day 14. In a cycle that is not 28 days, ovulation happens typically 2 weeks before the expected period.
So implantation might happen around day 21 (again, this is approximate), give or take a few days.
If your symptoms are happening in the middle of your cycle (around day 12-16), then it is possibly due to ovulation. If the symptoms happen around day 24-28, it may be that the next period is approaching and you are getting some pre-period related cramps.
Are you trying to conceive (i.e. having unprotected intercourse in an attempt to have a baby), and if so, when during your cycle did this occur?
