What Causes Cramps On Right Side Of Abdomen Along With Nausea?

4)Is the pain located more towards upper or lower side of abdomen?

5)Any other relevant information that you may feel related? Feel like I need to either have a bowel movement or vomit. Reclining makes nausea worse, standing and walking around the nausea subsides some.

Other less likely possibilities are renal colic, gallbladder dysfunction etc.
It will be fine if you can see your doctor for evaluation. A careful abdominal examination and few investigations like urine routine will give us a better idea.
Meanwhile acid lowering agents like ranitidine 150 mg twice daily before food can offer some help.For cramping pain you can take simple analgesics like acetaminophen(after food with one full glass of water).
Avoid spicy/fried/oily items. Drink enough fluids and take more fruits and veggies. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
