Brief Answer:
keep ear dry & antibiotic antifungal drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Crawling sensation in ear can be because of wax, fungus, debris, hair, flakes and eczema.

Please get your ears examined by an ENT and if need be cleaned.

If there is some fungal infection, antifungal ear drops helps. Keeping the ears dry helps as also avoiding ear bud use.

A combination of antibiotic, antifungal, lignocain and steroid ear drops usually helps as also ointments/creams with same composition.

Feel free to ask another query.

Regards
