Brief Answer:
ECG and chest X-ray needed

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Crushing chest pain on exertion could be due to some heart issue. It requires further testing. Since two vital organs are lying in chest area namely lungs and heart, basic tests for both are needed including ECG and chest X-Ray PA view. Further test like a cardiac stress test might provide further inside about the cause. Treatment or medicine should be started only according to the cause.
