What Causes Curvature Of Penis On Erection Despite Being Addicted To Masturbation?

Question: hello,i am 18 years old male.i have prone masturbation addiction,i realized that it can cause problems so i quit it and learnt to masturbate in normal way.last month i shaved my pubic hair and noticed my penis left curved from base,curvature is about 25 degree.i wasnt much concerned about it until recently i searched something called peyronies disease.i know curve may be cogenital as i never noticed it.but i am concerned about peyronies disease.i dont have pain during erection but penis takes banana like shape and isnt flexible when erect.it is stiff and rigid when it is erect.i also cant find any scar but at base i can feel veins of penis just below curvature.i am feeling shy to visit urologist at this age with erection problem.i asked a psychiatrist on this web about problem he said it may be anxiety .i think i have anxiety but clear this doubt

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bee addicted to masturbate very frequently and have noticed curvature of the penis on erection.and have doubt it to be due to Peyronies disease.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Can you palpate any hard nodule (Calcified Plaque) on the shaft of the penis?.

It is unlikely to be due to Peyronies disease which is very uncommon at this age.

The curvature of penis is mostly due to disparity of length of Tunica Albugenia, sheath that envelopes two corporal bodies of erectile tissue (Corpora Cavernosa) .However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist.

Normally no treatment is required .if the curvature of the penis is below 25 degree and if there is no difficulty in penetration of vagina during sexual intercourse

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get ultrasound Scanning of penis done to rule out Peyronies disease.

Further treatment will be decided by him based on clinical findings and final diagnosis.

thank you for reply.there is no plaque on shaft but shaft girth is greater than base.and curvature is from base of penis. also i dont have any connective tissue disorder.is it possible injury could cause this condition.i dont remember any injury to penis but i masturbate in prone position is there any possible trauma?
