What Causes Cuts On Head Of Penis Post Unprotected Non Penetrative Sex?

Question: Yesterday I received a hand job from my girlfriend and then we had mammary intercourse (titty sex) both of these activities were without a condom and today I noticed what looked like a couple small cuts below the head of my penius and it’s been hurting some. The previous 2 days we dry humped (with clothes on) and I believe the rubbing back and forth from all these activites is what caused the sores or cuts to appear although I’m not 100% certain. I'm concerned that I may have contracted an STI from the hand job and having titty sex because of these 2 small cuts but I’m not sure about the risks of getting an STI from these sexual activities and if it is possible from these type of sexual activities to get an STI. There were no open sores or cuts on her hands at the time that she gave me the hand job but her saliva did come into contact with my penius when she spit on it. At no time did her vaginal fluid come into contact with my penius.
Is there any risk of getting an STI from these activities (hand job and titty sex) especially since there were 2 small cuts below the head of my penius and if so what types of STI’s am I at risk of having?

Brief Answer:
Small risk of STIs like syphilis, herpes or warts
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
After having hand job and mammary sex, there is no risk from STIs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. However slight risk from syphilis, herpes HSV and genital warts HPV viruses persists. This is if your partner also has the condition.
concerning HIV, there is extremely low risk in the above situation with less than 1 in 10000 exposures.
Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Would you recommend that I get tested for any for these STI's that you have listed?
Brief Answer:
Please wait should rashes develop
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.
It is suggested that you get tested should you develop any sores or rashes. If you get tested now reports may still not show it even if you are infected.
