Question: I have redness and small cuts under the head of my pennis have tried cream and it doesn't seem to work?

I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

Redness and cuts in your case could largely be either fungal in origin or traumatic from forceful intercourse .

In either case infection should be treated or prevented first.

In case if you did not respond to antifungals like Clotimazole,i would like to start you on tab terbinafine 250mg oral tab twice daily for 2 weeks with daily application of oit flucanzole with betamethasone with moisturizers like lactocalamine soln.

This should offer excellent activity.

Avoid any kind of penile manipulation for the next fortnight.
