Dear Dr. Sanghvi,
I do not think I have hematoma,
1. Do you have any history of fall down? - NO
2. Do you have any other trauma? - NO
3. Do you have any coagulation disorder? - NO
I hope you saw the photograph I uploaded.
I shake my calf legs often i.e. probably I need my blood to circulate. I use a lot of the foot massager throughout the day. My lifestyle is not very active. Is there some linkage with my liver stiffness or my fatty liver.
Further what can I do to remove the blood pigment stains around my ankles. My case is not frightening as the photographs I see on the net, but if I do not take timely action, I might land up there, so please HELP.
Further I am attaching the text I had sent earlier as it is not displayed with regards to the medications taken or my medical history.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Sorry for inconvenience but I am not able to see the photograph. Please upload the photograph so that I can help you. If due to technical failure you are not able to upload, you can send it as a mail to YYYY@YYYY with Subject at Attention: Dr Hardik Sanghvi
You don't have ant history of trauma so it is not hematoma.
Moreover you don't have any coagulation disorder. So no chance of any abnormal bleeding. You may have some vascular disorder. Mostly it has no relation with your fatty liver. SO, no need to worry about that.
Massaging gently wouldn't damage your skin or veins, on the contrary it will help in avoiding varicosities in the veins.
Please upload your photograph.
I will wait for your reply.
