Question: I had sex 2 days ago and he ejaculated a minimal amount inside of me and had rough sex the following days I now dark brown discharge that is now light brown its only been occurring today

It can be due to physiological hormonal imbalance ,infection,changes in the lining of endometrium.
If the discharge persist, you need to get gynecological examination done. Hormonal levels of Lh, FSh, Progesterone and estrogen levels checked.
I don't suspect pregnancy. But in case your periods are late by more than a week, you should get pregnancy test done.
