Brief Answer:
It may not be your first day of menses.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us about it.
I can understand your concern here.
As you stated that it is light bleeding and brown in color, it is most probably old blood coming out from uterus. So you can not consider it as a first day of your menstrual cycle.
First day of menses can be considered when you have bright red blood with free flow.
Wait for a few days.
You had sex 3 times after the procedure, I assume that was not unprotected sex, is it so?
Please revert back to me with my answer.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
You may get pregnant after unprotected sex.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for my delay in response.
These are my opinion about your queries-
-You may get pregnant after the procedure if you had unprotected sex.
-Ovulation usually occurs 14 days after your last menstrual period or 14 days before your expected period date in a 28 day cycle, you can use an ovulation predictor kit to confirm ovulation.
-Your period may resume on your expected period date after the procedure.
-To conceive fast you should do sex in your most fertile days, consider a healthy and balanced diet, do not take stress, take folic acid tablet and maintain your weight.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Do accept my answer if no further query.
Good luck.
