What Causes Dark Brownish Mole On The Penis?
Question: I have a dark brown mole on my penis. I never had it before. Its about 4mm and has uneven borders. It sometimes itches. Should i be concerned?

You need to apply an anti fungal cream like micanozole for 5 to 7 days. The cream should be applied at adjacent skin region also.
If there is no improvement in 48 hours, then you should see a dermatologist.
