Hello XXXX!
I am glad that some of your symptoms are improved.
I read carefully your questions and I can understand that some symptoms cause you anxiety.I will do my best to answer your queries:
1)The color of urine changes depending on the amount of fluids that you take in a day.If you don't drink enough fluids ,your urine becomes concentrated and turns more dark than usual. If you don't have any other symptom like burning sensation during urination ,back pain you don't need to worry.Try to drink enough fluids for 2 days ( 7-8 glasses of water a day) and if after this the color of your urine is still dark you should run an urinalysis to exclude a possible urinary tract infection.
2)Regarding your stomach problem (sounds and gurgling ) are most likely related to Irritable bowel syndrome, lack of sleep and stress, acid reflux ,eating fast foods, carbonated drinks.
It is very important to follow the diet changes that we have discussed about.
You should eat healthy foods, eat small frequent meals.Try to eat slowly to avoid swallowing excess air (that happen if you eat too fast and cause stomach gurgling).
Avoid fast foods, carbonated drinks, coffee, fatty foods, alcohol .
You can try drinking herbal tee chamomile ,peppermint or caraway tee and see if it helps.
Drink plenty of water and sleep enough.
3)Since you continue to have these leg vibration feeling and muscle twitching ,maybe you need to run some tests now to exclude the possibility that these symptoms might be due to any disease. These tests include:
-Vitamin B12 and folate level
-Electrolyte level (Kalium, Calcium ,Magnesium )
If these tests are normal you may need to consult a neurologist so he can exclude any neurological cause for such symptoms.
After excluding possible disease, we can tell that your symptoms are related to your anxiety or to sedentary life.
I would suggest to exercise regularly (at least 45 min every day).
Hope this helps you.
Let me know if you need further help.
Take care,
Dr.Rovena
But the real problem is these muscle twitching and vibration type feeling. my question is i can feel pulse type feeling in different body parts. means its twitching and also some heartbeat feeling in different parts. it not all the day but it can come any time. over all i have muscle weakness means i can observe many muscle related weakness or sometimes trembling etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX!
I apologize for the delay in answering you.
The fact that your urine color becomes normal if you stay well hydrated means that you are fine. There is no problem with your urine.
Regarding your heartbeat feelings like pulsation in different parts of your body most likely are due to stress.
I would suggest to run some tests to check the function of thyroid gland because sometimes hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism can cause such feeling.
At this point since your symptoms of muscle twitching, muscle weakness persist ,the only way to know if they are due to a medical condition or are just triggered from stress is to get examined from a physician and get some tests done including:
-Complete blood count
-Metabolic panel
-Electrolyte level
-Thyroid function tests
-Vitamin B12 and Folate level.
If all these test are normal and your physical examination is normal ,then your symptoms are due to anxiety. In this case you should focus in managing your anxiety .You may consider seeing a therapist that can help you or your physician can prescribe you a medication to control your anxiety.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

thyroid disease are not related to any STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
You don't need to worry .I am suggesting these tests just to exclude any possibility that your symptoms might be due to any vitamin deficiency or metabolic condition.
Thyroid gland condition are not related to STD.They have nothing to do with it.
Thyroid gland produced hormones that regulate the metabolism of the body.
When this gland doesn't produce enough hormones (hypothyroidism ) or produces more than necessary (Hyperthyroidism) you can experience specific symptoms .
Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland) cause symptoms like:
-Fatigue,muscle weakness, constipation, cold intolerance (means you feel a lot of cold),dry skin, muscle aches, tenderness and stiffness, thinning hair etc.
Hyperthyroidism (over active thyroid gland) cause symptoms:
-Sweating, weight loss, diarrhea, rapid heartbeat, nervousness, anxiety and irritability
-trembling in hands and fingers
-Increased sensitivity to heat ( you feel always warm)
-Fatigue, muscle weakness, difficulty sleeping.
Thyroid diseases are very common.Once diagnoses they can be totally managed with medication and all the symptoms resolve.

Hello again!
It is very important for you at this moment to eat well, exercise regularly and sleep enough. You should sleep 7-8 hours a day.
If you don't sleep enough for a while , it can causes anxiety, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, muscle weakness and different sensations in the body including muscle twitching and vibration sensation.
I would suggest to try to sleep properly ,exercise every day and try to relax and to manage your anxiety.
If your symptoms doesn't seem to improve ,you should run the above tests to exclude any pathological cause.
Take care.

now at the end i have one question that is repeated but kindly give me answer.
i am very much convinced that i have neurological problem , because i have these vibration in legs and muscle twitching that i can observe any where in my body. as i told you earlier that i have studied before on internet (now i am not searching in internet from many weeks about all these things) about these things that neurological symptoms are the early symptoms of hiv. i knw that my risk was very low. but still these things comes in mind. kindly tell me that does its true to have such problems in hiv early symptoms? i have already asked this question but still it comes in mind. and one week before these feeling were very much less but in this week these again started. twitching are not all the day but these may comes in any time and on anywhere in body. and about vibration in legs i feel mostly before lunch or dinner.
not early symptom of HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX!
Well neurological manifestations like peripheral neuropathy can be a complication of HIV infection that happen at certain stage of HIV infection after many years of infection and being on Anti-viral therapy.
The neuropathies tend to have a gradual onset, usually starting with numbness, a sensation of pins and needles or pain in the most distal part of the longest nerves, ( in the toes or anterior surface of each foot, which then spreads up to the rest of each foot, to the ankles and beyond).
So neurological symptoms are not an early symptoms of HIV infection.
Actually your symptoms don't seem to be caused from a neurological disease.
Muscle twitching and vibration sensation are more likely to be caused from the disease that I have mentioned earlier (thyroid disease, vitamin deficiency, electrolyte imbalance etc).More common muscle twitching may be just benign fasciculations that don't have any medical significance.
I would suggest to run the above tests and if they are normal you may contact a neurologist for evaluation.
I know that I have told you before but you shouldn't worry about HIV because your risk is very low to zero and because such symptoms like yours are not indicative for HIV.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or if you need further help.
Take care,
