Question: since 1 month my shit is like mud, no shape at all and no pieces just brown mud

I hope there are no alarming features like loss of weight or appetite, blood in stool. I will like to advise you to take fiber rich diet may take psyllium fibres which is a stool bulking agent. Also take curd regularly which is a natural probiotic or may add a probiotic. This I find very useful in my patients
