Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I understand your concern.
You say to have got a bad Brazilian (I believe skin Infection- impetigo after using Brazilian wax?- please correct if I am wrong).
The actual treatment of doxycycline, clobetasole and Neosporin are the treatment of choice.
However, I need to have a look at the lesions myself to let you know if you need to get back to your doctor or not.
please send the photo of the affected skin to me
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
More time is required for fully recovered;changes in therapy suggested...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,
Thank you for providing the requested photos.
I noted the lesions there although I admit the quality of the photos was not as good to allow the details to be seen.
However, you are still having infection, but is getting better.
It might require a few more days to get fully recovered.
I suggest to discuss with your doctor to change antibiotic or add something else apart taking doxycycline (e.g. cephalexin or Ko-amoxiclav) until fully recovered.
Wish fast recovery.
