Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
You seem to have uneven skin tone/ patchy skin tone as well as tanning.
I suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen (spf 50) e.g Suncros tint or suncros soft sunscreen, throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours.
At night you may use a depigmenting cream containing glycolic acid and azaleic acid e.g photoscreen depigment cream (Ducray). These are skin lightening and exfoliating agents and would take care of tanning and uneven skin tone.
Regards

Regarding pigmentation and tanning
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You may use Clearz Plus cream during the day before using the sunscreen and at night you may use kojiglo forte cream/ gel.
You may also take a tablet of Melano TX 500mg once daily for a month.
Your main concern seems to be tanning and uneven skin tone and these creams should work for you. Use sunscreen throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours.
