What Causes Dark Welts On The Forearm?

Question: I have large black centered welts on my forearm. The centre of them is hard and numb. They have been producing a clear white fluid in a ring around them. My arm feels like i have been severely burnt. And its a bit swollen. It started with one bump like a mosquito bite on sunday that was extremely itchy, then welts came one after the other with the first being the biggest and the last being the smallest. In total there are 6. My ear has just become extremely hot on the same side as the welts. Im a bit concerned. I also have a funny looking ringed bruise just past elbow on upper arm.

Brief Answer:
Bacterial skin infection; should resolve in about a week with antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the Image.
You seem to have a bacterial skin and soft tissue infection i.e impetigo.
I would suggest an Oral antibiotic for a week e.g Amoxicillin 500mg Or Cephalexin 500mg, 3x daily for a week.
Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g 2% mupirocin cream, twice daily.
For the bruise I would not suggest any active intervention as it should fade and vanish within 2 weeks.
