Brief Answer:
Adapalene is for night time use; Use a sunscreen during day
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to me
I have reviewed the Images.
You have certainly brought the right one as I can see in these images. It is ADAPALENE 0.1% gel. I suggest you to use Adapalene gel once daily, at night , over the whole acne affected area. Use a pea-sized amount for the whole face. Apply it as a thin film, half an hour after washing your face with cetaphil cleansing lotion. Adapelene is antiacne as well as will help lighten up your skin tone.
Also use a gel based sunscreen, whenever outdoor. I suggest you to use Sebamed's 30 SPF sunscreen, throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours (e.g 8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM).
Regards

Hi Doctor,
As per your advice, I am following ur medication.
I am taking 'Doxycline and Lactio Acid Bacillus Capsules (100 mg)' -- Morning 1 & Night 1
I am applying:
'Clindamycin Phosphate Gel USP (1%)' - During Day
'Adapalene Gel (0.10%)' - During Night
I am following this since 5 days but dont feel any improvement sir. Would u like me to continue this or shall I visit a Skin Specialist? (Dont mistake me. I am not telling that ur advice is not good. I am thankful to you & happy with ur advice but felt like the pimples, dark spots & face images that I had uploaded might not be that clear, would it be better if I see a specialist face to face)
Please advice. I will follow as per your advice.

Brief Answer:
Continue treatment for an adequate time period
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Acne would take about 2-3 weeks to show noticeable improvement. Just 5 days is too short an interval to assess the efficacy of treatment. Therefore I suggest you to continue the above. You may substitute microbenz 3.5% gel in place of clindamycin gel for day time application.
