Brief Answer:
Stop skinlite. Use sunscreen and moisturiser
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
Skinlite is a steroid based cream and should not be use regularly for so long. It can cause side effects like redness, flushing, photosensitivity, acne, striae etc.
I would suggest you to stop using the cream as soon as possible. Your skin would feel dull, dry, itchy, flushed and sensitive for a few days and you would be tempted to use skinlite again but avoid it!
Use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day e.g Suncros Soft sunscreen.
Use a bland moisturizer at night e.g cetaphil moisturizing cream.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Remedy for acne and pigmentation
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Use Suncros Soft Sunscreen Or Suncros Tint Sunscreen (Sun Pharma). Use it throughout the day every 2-3 hours.
Acne is a side effect of the steroid content of skinlite cream which you were using earlier.
You may use Deriva CMS gel for acne. Use it for 2 hours every evening, wash it off and then apply kojic cream (Curatio pharma) all over face for pigmentation. Kojic cream is slow acting but it is safer unlike skinlite and can be used long term.
