Brief Answer:
Can be insulin resistance
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the photographs.
It seems to be related to hormonal disturbances especially isulin resistance.
The condition is known as acanthosis nigricans.
Other causes can be hyperpigmentation due to allergic reaction or due to excessive sweating in these areas.
I will suggest you to get your insulin and thyroid hormone levels to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
