Brief Answer:
You can add fertyl 50.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
If your follicle size is decreasing that means treatment is not working properly.
So in my opinion you can take fertyl 50 along with metformin for 2-3 cycles under your doctor's guidance.
Lifestyle changes are also helpful in your treatment, drink a lot of water, consume a healthy and balanced diet, take multivitamin, do some yoga and meditation, maintain your weight.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
