Brief Answer:
You should consult in emergency to rule out pulmonary embolism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
You should consult in emergency and consult a pulmonologist to rule out pulmonary embolism which is very common after heparin therapy in DVT patient.
Haemoglobin is also goes down due to DVT.
You should get your 2D echo test and MRI chest to rule out the cause after doctor consultation.
It is an emergency condition so immediate consultation is important.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
