Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
See, first of all we need to evaluate the cause of Anemia that is low hemoglobin level.
I would need to see your Complete Blood count report.
Actually, there are mainly 2 types of anemia:
1. Iron deficiency
2. Vitamin B12 deficiency.
Based, on the type of deficiency we can add up the desired medicines.
So, send the the report for evaluation and help.

Brief Answer:
Looks like Iron deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Your report looks as of Iron deficiency anemia.
I would recommend you a medicine known as Tab Orofer XT to be taken once daily.
The it initially for one month. Get your Hemoglobin repeated and write back to me with the reports.
If no improvements, or repeated fall in Hemoglobin we would need consideration for Thallesemia.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
