Brief Answer:
Needs admission
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
High blood pressure leads to decreased blood flow to the fetus, which decreases the growth of the fetus and decreases the amniotic fluid.
You should take your blood pressure medications timely and should also preferably get treated as an inpatient as you need proper blood pressure monitoring, Doppler ultrasound, rest and medication.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
