What Causes Deep Fatigue In Both Arms And Neck?

An ekg and if normal then no worries
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Fatigue is a broad word used by patients in many ways. Whenever a patient comes up with Any kind of acute fatigue with involvement of arms and neck symptoms with age above 40 , i advise that these should always be ruled out for angina symptoms and a simple EKG will do the trick.
Once ruled out for that then there is no reason to worry as musculoskeletal causes of fatigue are commonest and easily happen and easily resolve with slight rest and a few ibuprofens.
Weakness and fatigue are common sequelae of a simple cold and flu as well, along with many other innocuous conditions like electrolytes imbalance, inadequate fluids intake, low potassium etc.
Just get an ekg, be out of the woods and cheer up.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
