Brief Answer:
IBDs, needs supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. COlonoscopy was not inconclusive. It gave the diagnosis of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD ) and it covers both colitis as well as crohn's. Involvement of gut varies but symptoms are mor eor less the same.

Weight loss and dehydration are common in this autoimmune disease and all you need is adequate immunosuppressant therapy and rehydration along with supplements like iron, folates, calcium, vitamin D, B 12 etc. Talk to your doctor and let them devise different autoimmune options for you.
Along with it , limit dairy products, quit smoking if any, avoid alcohol, soda, beverages of all kind, fast foods, spicy foods, eat small frequent meals, take more fluids. use the fiber you are comfortable with . Avoid broccoli and cabbage family. Try steaming, baking or stewing the fibrous foods. Avoid raw vegetables etc. Better have a chat with a dietitian and let them devise a complete dietary plan. I know one. XXXXXXX shatler ( 51 0000 ) . She also is on the website. Get an appointment from her and let her devise a plan for you.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
