Question: I felt dehydrated last night & drank a lot of water and drank water today & dont feel like i wanna drink anymore and feel just a little naesau but pee is normal

should maintain your electrolyte balance. can estimate electrolyte balance and take electral in water.your requirement is 3 liters of water per day.

So am i fine then? Like nothing wrong because i only drank 5 glasses of water today? What confains electrolyte that i should have?

Take electral powder in water.

Electrolyte means you should take every thing like sodium potassium etc you have been advised to take electral dissolved in water which contains all electrolyte.One glass contains 300 ml.
