Brief Answer:
Take a break of few weeks from job

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

You are right to say that without proper stimulation language development will be limited and the vicious cycle need to break.

I will recommend following things
1. Get disconnected your TV connection.

2. Take a few days break and visit group of children along with your child wherever available. It may be a local garden, temple, local school etc.

3. Do not respond to gesture language of your child. Ask him to speak to get desired things.

4. Reinforce with positive language, gifts, praise any positive behaviour by child.

5. Manage stress for yourself. Your wellbeing is as important as others and do not ignore it for one transient failure.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Avoid noticing negative behavior

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I understand he shows negative behavior but it is important to avoid noticing his negative behavior. If this is not done there will be habit formation which will be difficult to change.

I must assure you that this reinforcement of positive behavior and ignoring negative behavior is going to give long term positive results although during the initial stage you will encounter some problems.

I hope this helps you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
