Wait for a week after stopping regestrone
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Periods usually occur within 5-7 days of stopping the regestrone.
I will suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test done.
If negative, then wait for at least one week after stopping regestrone to get the periods.
