Question: Hey doc, me and my girlfriend were together 38days back we were just fooling around she was on her periods(3rd day) I rubbed my penis on her clit and vagina but didn't penetrate I didn't ejaculate either but then tried to finger her but didn't do that now her periods are delayed for 40 days I don't know what to do we both can't let our families know, we are in different cities right now 2000kms away,we both are turning 19 this XXXXXXX and we both are virgins.

I understand your concern...

There is very less chance of pregnancy since you didnot ejaculate.. But even precum can cause pregnancy.. But in your case she was not on her fertile period.. So very unlikely to be pregnant..

Get a urine pregnancy test for confirming that she is not pregnant.. Then she can take progesterone tablet to get withdrawal bleeding..

I even washed my penis before doing that.
BTW what to do of test is positive (just in case)?
(She won't go to a doctor even doctors will indulge in moral polishing than giving a solution and she is afraid of it,I am also afraid of it. We live in XXXXXXX )

I can't believe it, it's positive, we feel like devastated!
Please doctor tell us what to do now if there is any medication then please tell us step by step what to and how to do and if possible a give a provisional presciption. It's not what we have ever expected or wanted. We can't go to any doctor here.

Sorry to know that she is pregnant.. There are medications for termination of pregnancy but should be taken only under the supervision of a doctor as it has serious side effects.

I would suggest to go to a doctor outside your town if you have a problem with that. Doctors ethically have to keep confidentiality of patient.
