Brief Answer:
Pregnancy unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

If your fiancee has regular 28-30 day cycles and is due on the 25th, she was in the safe period when you had the intercourse. Thus, there is no chance of conception.

Emergency contraception is useful when taken within 3-5 days of an unplanned sexual intercourse. This is not going to help in your case.

Stress can delay a period and this is likely in her case. In the current scenario, please wait for a couple more days before you can perform a home pregnancy test. Alternatively, you can go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres now to confirm/exclude pregnancy.

Based on the results further management can be planned. If negative, you can wait for the period to set in. If nothing happens even after ten days, induction may become necessary under medical surveillance. If positive, if you do not wish to retain the pregnancy, you may ask for an induced medical abortion by a specialist after proper evaluation.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
