Brief Answer:
delayed menses...side effect known to ipill..explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query to hcm for an opinion.
As she has raken two ipills, it was likely that her withdrawal bleed may have been lighter due to increased progesterone effect. Pregnancy is ruled out as she had her bleeding post the pill intake.
The delay at present in her menses is also expected and is one of the known side effects of ipill but it can be seen for next 2 to 3 periods.
It Is always better to rule out pregnancy as of now and once negative you shall then wait for the menses to return and follow barrier contraception till the menses return.
Regards
