What Causes Delay In Menstruation After Taking Unwanted 72?

Question: we had oral on first day of my periods last month.he touches my vagina and his penis also touched my vagina.no penetration.i had unwanted 72 after 36 hours.now my periods is delayed by 6 days.it was perfectly regular earlier.it was 1st time i had unwanted 72.chances of pregnancy? I had my periods for 3 days last month.and I did not have any withdrawal bleeding within this time of 1 month.I was very tensed throughout this month.will it cause missing my periods totally?

Thanks doctor. But I want to know how much delay is normal in my case? When I can expect to have my periods again? Its 7 days delayed. I did not have any withdrawal bleeding within this time of 1 month.
