Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting the query.

If you did not see a period for the past two cycles and if you are always regular with them, your chances of pregnancy are high. A home pregnancy test should read well by this time. Since you got a negative pregnancy test, you need further evaluation to detect the cause of the amenorrhea or absence of periods.

I would also like to know your past menstrual history, if you are on any contraception, any medication and any other relevant information.

I would ask you to see a specialist for a proper clinical appraisal of the situation to plan further management.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.

Brief Answer:
Please get a sonogram to plan further management.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Unwanted Kit is meant to induce a medical abortion in early pregnancy. In this scenario, please get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs to help plan further management. If there is no pregnancy, progesterones can given as a course to induce a period. You need to see a specialist to help you.

Hope this helps. Please contact if you need any more information.

regards,
Shanti.V.
