Brief Answer:
She is not pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

She is unlikely to be pregnant with 2 pregnancy tests showing negative for pregnancy.

The periods could be delayed due to her thyroid problem, stress if increased lately, change of place etc...

If there is no periods by another week , please get serum beta hCG blood test done to confirm pregnancy as this test is more accurate.

Please let me know if you have any more doubts.

Brief Answer:
Please get beta hCG levels first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Serum beta hCG blood test can be done in any laboratory. Prescription may not be required. Please confirm it from laboratory.

Option of abortion depends on value of serum beta hCG levels.
