Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

There could be lots of reasons for a delayed period. Pregnancy is just one of them.

If her pregnancy test is negative, I would advise you to wait for another week.

After 1 week repeat the urine pregnancy test, if positive then good, if negative she may require medications to get her period.

The other causes of delayed periods are stress, hormonal imbalances, which may need to be checked if she has delayed period for more than 3 months .

If she never had missed period before then need not worry.

If this has happened only in this month that she has a delayed period then you could just repeat urine pregnancy test after 1 week and then further treatment can be decided on that result.
