Brief Answer:
Pregnancy not likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If the pregnancy test is negative at 6 days overdue then pregnancy is not likely.
The delay in periods can be due to stress, anxiety or minor hormonal imbalance. You can wait for one more week and if the periods still do not come then repeat the pregnancy test and consult your gynecologist to get hormonal tablets prescribed for withdrawal bleeding.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy not likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pregnancy test comes positive 18-20 days after ovulation or when the periods are overdue by 4-5 days. Now that your periods are overdue by 6 days and test is negative, pregnancy is not likely.
Hope my answer is helpful.
