What Causes Delayed Menstrual Bleeding After Stopping Contraceptive Pill?
Question: I came off the contraceptive pill in October and the usual withdrawal bleed a few days later. 28 days after the start of the bleed I had a long period which lasted about 14 days in total. My period was due on December 8th but has not arrived,mi have taken a variety of home pregnancy tests which all show negative. I am currently unwell with a throat infection and about 2 weeks earlier I had a nasty cold but otherwise I am healthy.
