1. when did you have tubal ligation?
2. do you have children? If yes then what is the age of youngest child?
3. are you on any medication?
4. Was your cycle always regular?
5. Is there any history of increased bleeding during pregnancy?

Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them.There is a slight risk of becoming pregnant after tubal ligation. This happens to about 5 out of 1,000 women after 1 year. After a total of 5 years following tubal ligation, about 13 out of 1,000 women can become pregnant. As 2 years have passed since tubal ligation so i would suggest you get serum Beta HCG levels followed by ultrasound pelvis. Further management will depend after getting the result of these tests.
