What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Taking Plan-B?

I was wondering what I should do in my situation. My girlfriend got her initial period around the 10th of XXXXXXX then the condom broke and she took plan B about 9 days later. A few days after she took the pill she got another 6 day period during the last few days of the XXXXXXX It is now July 29th and she is weeks late from her initial/"normal" period.
Does the fact that she had two periods in XXXXXXX cause her July period to be this late/missed? She's taken the pill before so for her the plan b always induces a period/bleeding that lasts as long as the normal period. After her plan b, the condom broke again but I had not gone for more than 2 minutes. We did not get another pill since that wouldn't be very safe..we are worried. She had a pregnancy test done a month and a half ago and she was not pregnant. She is getting a surgery for her abdominal hernia in 1 week so hopefully the period comes before then..
What would happen if she had an abdominal hernia surgery while being in the early stages of pregnancy?
Thanks for you time to answer.
There will be no problem!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this problem that you have reported. Plan B messes up the cycle and am pretty sure this is the reason for her delayed periods. Chances are less likely that she’s pregnant. Also, plan B works best before 96hours and waiting to take it after 9days is really of no help to her. Next time do this early enough for benefits.
This survey has no contact with the uterus. if she were pregnant, there is nothing to be scared of as a result of this surgery or drugs using during this surgery. However, it i very unlikely that she is pennant. For better clarity and peace of mind, I suggest you repeat the home pregnancy test.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
