What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Taking Unwanted-72?

Question: Hi Doc. i had sex wid my partner last month , after which she took unwanted 72 within 24 hrs. the day i had sex it was her 6th day from her period , and des month 15 her normal period was expected , but it is delay by 5 days. so des delay is bcause of unwanted 72 or anything to take tension.
there was no discharge of any fluid after taking pills and i didnt ejaculated inside her.

hi doc. i have heard that after taking pills within 2 to 3 days , bleeding happens.. is it true ? if its true nothing such happened wid her.
