What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?
Question: Hi My wife has a regular 28 day cycle and we did intercourse on her ovulation day and two days prior to it. now she has missed her periods for past 2 days. but today she says she sees bleeding (not heavy like her regular menstrual) but she feels it is period.. and we did a pre.g. test 2 days before and it showed negative.
is she pregnant or should we wait for one more week.. very confused please help

2 ) As per your history, you had unprotected sex in thefertile period of the cycle. Though your partner has missed her periods by 2 days, she has started some unusual bleeding.
3 ) I will suggest you to get mornings first sample of urine tested for pregnancy after 3 days if she doesn't start her regular cycles..
We need to keep watch on the pattern of the bleeding.
If she gets regular cycles I'm a couple of days, then you need not worry about the pregnancy.
4 ) In case of doubt about pregnancy test , blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help
