hi, my last , menstrual cycle will have been 2 years ago in august. I was overweight and once I started losing weight I lost it even before I got underweight last April I was admitted to the hospital and then released two days later with instructions to gain weight I'm 5 ft 2 in and at that time was 96 lbs I however reached a healthy weight of 115 last XXXXXXX but I'm currently sitting at about 124 lbs. I have had tons of blood work done however I don't have access to the records to upload it. everything came back good though I have also had a transvaginal ultrasound which came back good as well. as far as the dose of Provera I'm pretty sure it was 10mg
Brief Answer:
Tests advised
Detailed Answer:
In my opinion you need extensive work up of hormones as this loss and gain of weight has disturbed all the hormones.
Get FSH,LH, AMH, TSH and prolactin levels done and then tell me the report.
The absence of periods even after provera challenge is suggestive of need of estrogen supplementation along with provera to form endometrium capable of menstruation.
Wish you all the best for test results
