What Causes Delayed Menstruation Even After The Intake Of Lynoral?
Question: Hi
I dint get period since 2months, I got my last period on jul 27
I have taken pregnancy tests which was negative, so I referred gynaecologist, she prescribed me ultra sound. In that report it shown tiny follicles arranged peripherally and mild PID and PCOD not a classical pattern.
My Doctor prescribed me Lynoral for 5 days, I completed my prescribed medicine last 4 days ago.
But I dint get period.
So what would be the problem.

Brief Answer:
Wait for few days
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There are multiple reasons for delay in periods and PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease) is the most common cause now a days after pregnancy.
So good that you took the medicine for the withdrawal of periods.
You completed the course just 4 days ago so wait for some more time as it takes around 2-7 days for periods to commence after stopping the drug.
All in all nothing much to worry and just wait for a couple of days more.
All the best
