What Causes Delayed Menstruation Post Intake Of Unwanted 72 Pill?

Question: hi doctor..i have missed my periods this month .which was on 9th and as per the symptoms i feel i am pregnant .i can not carry child now due to some of my personal issues. i consumed unwanted 72 kit's 1main big tablet on day before yesterday in evening at 7pm and took one small tablet yesterday in evening at 7pm and one in today morning at 8am but still i have not got periods...i don't know why.please suggest me why its happening and is there any thing went wrong?
