Brief Answer:
Just wait for periods

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue.
If the bHCG test is negative then chances of pregnancy are minimal and you can just relax and wait for periods.
Thus delay is just because of I pill intake.
Take care in future.

Brief Answer:
Periods will come after completion of pills

Detailed Answer:
Regesterone causes changes in endometrium which needs continuous Regesterone intake to maintain its regularity so once you stop taking the pill endometrium demands the pill and in withdrawal it shuts down.
So take the pills as advised and on leaving them you will get periods in 3-5 days.

Spotting happened for a couple of days around 5th march and started regestrone on 17th march to 19th march.

Brief Answer:
Repeat Regesterone

Detailed Answer:
That spotting on 5 th march was your period which was erratic and low blood flow because of ipill effect.
Now since you have a deadline because of your marriage you just wait for 2 more days and in case you still don't get your periods then take Regesterone again 3 times a day for 5 days and then on leaving that you will get your periods by next weekend.
