What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

Question: my hormones have been tested and I don't have pcos. is it possible to have light periods due to a poor diet?
Brief Answer:
Likely normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Light periods are due to hormonal changes, infection or adhesions in uterine lining or some females have normal physiological decreased flow.
If hormonal changes are ruled out, and there is no history of tuberculosis or chronic pelvic infection, then it is likely to be normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
